| For last hr iv had period type crampy feeling low down. Its radiating down my thighs too & I feel not sore but seriously uncomfy especially when standing/walking. No tightenings or back pain btw.
I dont think its early labour or anything dramatic , just wanted to know if anyone else had it and is it likely to be something that just happens on and off for next few weeks. Could it be baby moving down? Baby very active and no sharp pains/bleeding either. |

| i had that from early 30 weeks onwards, i think it's just baby moving/muscles being stretched to make space and sometimes it was also wind/constipation. spend an hour on the toilet and then have a bath |

| I agree a bath is the way forward. Think I spent my life in the bath towards the end of my pregnancy |

| A coma in a bath doesnt sound that safe Mari! Def not constipated. Went to loo about 4 times yday so all clear Got spatone instead of Iron tabs that im taking with OJ so hoping not to suffer too much with that. Bath does sound tempting. My prob is I get all excited about one and then get in and after 5 min am twiddling my thumbs bored as anything and skulk out again. Even worse when you make it to hot and start sweating which defeats the purpose a bit. oh and I hate standing up to wash your hair after and getting all cold again... Sorry mini rant about baths from nowhere Cramps not so bad now. Happened after id been doing washing and tidying kitchen so maybe I overdid it a bit. Sort of felt like you do when period is coming. |

| I used to get hubby to wash my hair because my bump and spd made it hard for me to do it. I take a book into the bath. Has to be a new one as I'll read a whole one while I'm in there. Glad you're feeling a bit better. Sounds like you did overdo it a bit |

| You read a whole book in the bath???? What are you, short circuit or something???? Or do you stay in for 4 hours at a time. I take a magazine in and manage 2-3 articles before getting it soaked/getting bored! |

| Erm I read fast and spend a couple of hours in the bath. For a normal size novel with no interruptions (can't remember what that's like anymore) I can easily read it in a couple of hours |
