| yeaah now ive ordered the boots im on about prams so what if im picky!!! i have read review after review, don't want to spend more than £200, as im not sure eli will tolerate going in a pram for that long, needs to be able to deal with grass, a large toddler, crazy scottish weather, be as adjustable/reclinable as possible, be easy to fold and have a good basket. so far i am interested in the petite star zia+(no adjustable handle!), quinny zapp (not reclineable!), baby jogger city mini (mr.mari hates it!), quinny senzz (just doesn't look sturdy enough!).... im stuck, i can't be arsed and my pram is broken. |

| I could rule out the zia then, due to tiny useless basket, and also tips easily if you put things on handles.
I had a Hauck Infinity and it was absolutely great, and does everything you want it to....the only reason I sold it was needing a small car and it wouldnt go in the boot.....I wished I had kept it though, it was perfect.
I went out in the snow with it, it reclines by way of a 'bike brake' type lever so perfectly smooth, it faces forwards and back, has a big basket, and goes over rough terrain easily!
Theyre difficulat to find new now, but you can pick them up on ebay, and you wont pay more than £100....prob a lot less.
This is one:

| My zia has adjustable handles. I got it from Toys r us, its a bruin petite star zia made for toys r us or something like that, but basically its just got adjustable handles where as the ones from petite star website don't. Lisa is right though the basket is quite small and can be tricky to get stuff in and out but you get used to it and i can actually get quite a lot in it now. I haven't had a problem with it tipping like Lisa said, I was always impressed cause it didn't.
I loved my fisher price pram, that had all the things your looking for i think. It had two names which is a bit confusing. I think it mostly goes by the kuji name. It's also basically the same model as the britax vigour 4 so search that too |

| I am looking at the mamas and papas Frankie at the mo, not sure the wheels will hold up to the crazy weather though?
I am going through a similar thing though, I am looking for a single push chair and it is taking ages I am far too fussy!

| hen your pram is too bloody big!!! our sola did pretty well but it does a few miles a day on grass/gravel/pavements/shops/wherever i go the front wheels are knackered.... so i have ordered the quinny senzz from babyvalue (thanks lisa ) because we really like the foldability now that elijah is getting less keen on the pram/we use buses.....the other money in the budget is going on two new wheels for the sola, not sure if it will fix it but might keep it going a bit longer... so a bit of compromise in the end |

That just made me do the "cackle laugh" that my husband loves so much! I now love the Hauck and I wasn't even looking for a pram! We have a punto though so it would be no good I think. Might have to consider it for next time though..... |
