| We are just dropping it now because if she has one it takes her a while to settle at night but without it she settled within a minute of putting her to bed.
Sometimes it's impossible such as when we're out driving so if she oes go sleep we wake her as soon as possible. |

| I still encourage C to take one but thats because i need to sleep before nights.
Once I go to two nights together in the new year if she wants to stay up I will stop persuading her otherwise but atm if i talk her into it she will go and still sleeps ok at night so im not too worried, she can take it or leave it if she wants to these days though shes grumpier if she doesnt have it (if i had my way she would do it til she was 4 lmao) |

| Thomas only dropped his properly about a month ago but we replaced it with 'quiet time' when he lies on the sofa and watches a film or cbeebies or looks at his books whilst Hannah naps. Even now he will fall asleep there on the odd occasion. Hannah is a little sleep monster, she'll probably be like me and just love sleep her whole life xx |

| eli refused for a little while a couple of months back but now he needs a good 1-2 hours after lunch or he is an absolute horror! he sometimes even has half an hour around 11am then an hour after lunch, but i try and get him to eat before he sleeps so he is more settled |

| Libby stopped having any naps at around 19 months, she would take around an hour to give in and then be a pain at nights. She now goes to bed at 6:30pm and sleeps til 7:30am ish. |

| Tyler still has an afternoon nap, he needs it. On the weekend he has it around lunch time but in the week where he's at nursery he doesn't nap there (all too exciting for him) so he sleeps when he gets home. As long as he doesn't have more than an hour and a half nap he still goes to bed before 7.30 and settles fine whereas if he doesn't nap he gets too tired to eat his tea. |

| Bethany stopped last Christmas so she would have been 20 months old, she would have stopped much earlier if I hadn't have "encouraged" her as she has never been much of a napping child even when she was tiny, she would only sleep for about 1 and half hours in the day xx |

| I think Alfie is like Hannah Debs. He loves his sleep and once he has his dinner and half 12/1pm he gather his bluie bears together, grabs his dummy and takes himself off to bed. I normally have to wake him about 3/half 3. And he still sleeps from 7-7 every night! x |

| this last week we have noticed A is getting worse to get to bed after she has had a nap (she is 2 1/2) we noticed the same earlier on in the year so cut her down to no more than an hour which worked but it does look like its time to cut hers out.
she is the devil incarnate sometimes around 5pm but tbh she has nursery in the afternoons 4 days a week and doesnt nap there so i think its more to do with not having a set routine, when we try and get her to nap for the 3 days she isnt at school its a hard task. |
