Hermione has developed a flat head on her right side. now if you look at her i cant really see it. but if i hold her and look in the mirror with her looking at it too you can see her head is more to the left and her eyes dont look level with each other.

i've been moving her head to the other side but she moves it straight back and i'm guessing as she sleeps through its not helping.

should i take her to the gp? or is there anything else i can do?

It depends how bad it is. I'd try the pillow and if it doesn't improve take her to the gp. My friend's little boy has just had to wear a helmet for a while but his was really noticeable

ok thank you.

Lisa i'm putting her on her tummy as much as possible. so i'm hoping thats gong to help. If i look at her laying down i cant see it. its only when i hold her to look in the mirror and thats when i see the wonkey eyes and her head sticking out.

i'm going to get one of those pillows and see how she goes.

My daughter had this too you could see the difference the HV used to tell me every time i seen her to put her on her other side etc which i used to do but she just used to move back into the same position on the same side. It has now corrected itself can't remember exactly when but i think it more or less sorted itself out when she could move around cot etc freely so i wouldn't worry about it tbh.

Yeh Izzy was the same that you could tell in the mirror (odd!), could really only tell how bad it was directly from above

Just seen this, Lucas as this too, we brought a pillow and that's helped, but after some research it normally corrects itself by the time they 2 yrs, but we did have referral to specialist, in fact reminds me I need to chase this, but yeah Lucas just sleeps in same position, but now he sitting it's easier
