When you get up in the morning, do you have a stretch????

Oh totally. I get really sore joints and do one of those huge big stretches to open up my back and shoulders before i get started

Nah, I usually jump out of bed as it's either Libby or Dexter shouting so I want to get to them quickly to stop them waking the other up

If I get a chance (so mainly at the weekend) but normally I have to feed Jamie and then jump up

yeh Rot me too. Maybe not as soon as get up but usually within an hour. I've had a bad back for years and have been seeing a chiropractor for months. Just wondered if it was a normal thing to do. I've always done it x

depends how long i get to lay there in peace ,, obviously dont if kids need me quick or the phone is ringing or the bleeding postman is at the door , or if have hit snooze 1 to many times.I am usually bursting for a pee upon waking just now and cant remember last time i had a right good stretch
seeing as i get up with kids every morning when i waken OH he has a good stretch followed by an almighty fart , sometimes he does them together

haha very random!! And after a lot of thought I honestly dont know if I stretch or not. I know the very first thing I do is check my email and drink my tea (oh always brings me a brew).

I stretch all the time, if i stretch my neck to much i will get cramp and my god that hurts lol

if i get up with out nay kiddies crying/pulling me out of bed.. i like to have a good old one. other wise its the jump out of bed to shut them up lol x

I wish I had time, lol. Normally I am jumping up to one of the kids (generally Aimee as she has got in Lilys cot and has stripped the poor little bugger naked because she wants her sleeping bag ) x

It bugs me if the postie comes before we are up and I have to jump right out of bed and leg it to the door!

Im the same Meg if i dont do it immeidately its done within an hour. It does seem to help with the seiing up that happens overnight (or is that just me). Ive also got a bad back and shot to hell joints from sport/nursing and if i dont i just ache all morning. Chiro def helped me
