I don't think so, alot of my friends used to do delivering and they never had different insurance

Not sure, maybe business insurance though as using car for work purposes is not covered in normal insurance i dont think.

Umm possibly, i know people who deliver for chemists but i dont think they have it covered on their insurance....Hummmm where can i find this info out?

Id assume you need business insurance. I know that when im voluteering at childrens home im not allowed to take the kids out (or even the cook to tesco for that matter), as im using the car for work purposes.

Id say you could prob get away with it - eg if you crash lob the pizza out the window/say its for you , but its not 'legal'. Id be surprised if most delivery guys had it unless it was for a big firm like dominoes who may be more strict. For the money you make it might not be worth it to some - in saying that if you crash and are found out it may cost you alot!

when i worked at dominos the companys insurance covered certain things but other than that everyone just had there usual insurance x
