Since i started weaning noah (he's really enoying it!) he's been doing loads more poos. Before weaning it was once a day or once every other day, but yesterday he must have gone about 6 times doesn't seem like diahhorea, sometimes very liquid and green but most time are usual consistency and colour. and they're tiny poos, so rather than one big poo a day it's like 6 or 7 tiny poos a day, so the same amount.

Is this normal, or bad? he's eating and drinking really well, and seems happy, has this happened with anyone else's baby?

i think its just his system being a bit 'wtf' about it all, if you have gone onto fruit/veg already it might be the extra fibre and stuff too, but so long as he is generally the same and seems quite happy im sure its fine

Thanks Mari he's only had porridge and banana so far, but i guess it's all new things for his tummy so I'm trying not to worry about it, but it's like having a newborn again, a nappy change at every feed! He's pooped 4 times today already, poor little thing. Only tiny poos though, thankfully.

So he did 7 poos yesterday - that can't be right can it??

well it could if..........he isn't straining, they aren't bloody, he doesn't seem to have tummy ache, they aren't pellets and they aren't liquid.......how much is he eating? maybe stick to one meal a day for now if hes getting more and go a bit slower? or two half meals?
