| Gettign really annoying pain at bottom of spine, kind of on back of hip, going down into my buttock and hurts to twist round or move very quickly. ME no likey!
Anything i can do to ease it? Been two days now, not getting any better really.
Was thinking bout going to docs if hasnt eased by end of tomorrow but waht can they do apart from tell me to take paracetamol and sign me up for physio that probs will take more weeks than i have till the birth to get?
Any suggestions very welcome, had none of this with Sophia. I guess its just my pelvis stretching etc but v annoying indeed. Even picking up a bag of bread made it hurt more! Feel like i am 96 today!

| I had SPD and it was a similar pain. A pillow between the legs helps. Move your legs together if you're getting out of the car, bed, etc. A bump band can help but I found it restrictive and it made me more sick |

| I had a long pillow that went under my bump and through my legs. I found turning over in bed the most painful thing. I had to brace myself and do it very slowly with my legs together.
Get your oh to help if you can. I find it really painful to put on knickers, trousers, socks and shoes. Adam didn't help so much with the first two (which I had to do slowly and sitting) but did put my shoes and socks on if I needed him to (most of the time I just wore slip on shoes) |

| Thanks ladies,
Have found moving sideways the most painful and when walking up the stairs, more than down, but htats not great either.. Seems to be in my left side more than anything and if walking lots makes my bum go tingly or numb so wondering if its more sciatica or something? It had eased this morning but as soon as walking again hurt, but is bearable. If carries on till end of week will make an app with the doc but also have mw thursday week so may leave and mention then?
I have a g shaped pillow that curves round my head, straight along my back and between my legs, curling rond my bump. This has helped a lot and found sleeping on my left side for some of the night last night elped. It is hard work bending and twisting to sit up from lyng down though, a lot more so than with Sophia, with her it was effort but not painful!
Thank you for all the tips, will try them all out.
