I accidentally opened part of my birthday present earlier. It was an amazon package and I just didn't think about it as they're always for me. I shut it again so Adam doesn't know. Now I feel like I should confess. Thing is I knew he was getting me that book anyway as it was the only think I asked for and I didn't see the other thing in the package. I know he'll be upset if he knows I've seen it which makes me think I shouldn't but I feel guilty.

It was a honest mistake, I wouldn't tell him till after you opened it, so he still feels you opening it as a superset, but then I'd probably tell russ ater in the day.

I'd say nothing and pretend to be surprised when you open it. x

I just suffer from too much guilt. I don't know how people manage to have affairs and second hidden families, etc. I'd never be able to not confess

Better start practising my surprised face! Not sure I'm very good at it. Perhaps I can be distracted by Jamie so I don't have to. TBF I'll be having my presents after a drive back from Cornwall that would take 7 hours with no stops so I suspect I'll just be tired whatever he gives me
