Today I've had some really intense contraction like pains in my back. They happen every 15 mins or so but only last a matter of seconds.

I'm obviously not too worried as I would call the mw but it is very strange!
Any ideas?

Could be bh, or little miss is lying on a nerve I know rich did and I lost all feeling in my legs,

Or you doing too much and your body saying rest mrs....

If it gets worse or more frequent might be worth a call
I'd have a hot soak in bath and see if that eases it x

Kenty everything's pretty good now! I'm constantly tired but I guess that's just normal.
Get the odd bout of SPD if I do too much but can't complain!
