| Alfie isnt very well atm. For the past 2 days hes done nothing but cry and sleep. I think hes teething as i can see his teeth coming through his gums. Ive gave him Nurofen but hes still twisty bless him.
Anyway the question is really shud i let hi sleep when he wants to? I put him down at 7.15 last night - he slept all the way through till 8.15 this morning wen he woke for his dummy - so i brought him into my bed and he passed out again. Next thing i knew it was 9.30 and I thought i gotta wake him for his bottle and brekkie. Big mistake I think? hes cried again for most of the day - yet really fighting sleep to the point where he is making himself sick off crying.
Do u think i shud just let him sleep on a morning or wake him up? x |

| i think if he is feeling unwell you should let him sleep. I was worried about Rowan on saturday as he was only awake just under 4 hours during the whole day.
I'm sure he'll be feeling better soon |

| Thanks hun. I think ill just leave him in the morning and let him get up. Hes been off his milk the past few days anyay - he only drank 4oz of his last bottle - he usually takes 8oz. But i would say he has had about 25oz today and 3 meals so he shudnt be too hungry. |

| you'll find as he gets older or even from now when they feel ill they wont eat or drink as much. Rowan has lost some weight because of having diarrhoea for a week now and vomiting and not eating properly for the last week. thankfully he's started eating normally today after eating a bit yesterday.
But its normal for them not eat/drink as much, same us really if we feel sick we dont tend to eat |

| If his nappies remain bad for 4 days or more pop him to the doctors, i dont usually for rowan but he's not getting over this as fast as he normally would and had to send in a stool sample to be tested.
just waiting on the results now |
