Mostly those with older LO's - I have boxes of bean's clothes that I'm itching to sort through, but it still feels a bit early (esp. after nasty scare last week Sad )
Just wondered what you other ladies thought?

Or if you're on bubs no.1 - when are you buying / washing stuff? I think first time round everything was very late, but moving house at 36wks pg had a lot to do with that... Shocked xx

I went through Aimee's boxes of clothes at around 24/25 weeks. I got them all washed and put ready for baby, so its one less thing to worry about now xx

That's the thing - I want to see what's to be re-used, what's to keep for keepsakes (i.e. can't bring myself to get rid Embarassed) - therefore freeing up some space and giving me an idea of what we need ("need" Smile ) to buy.

Think it's something I can do in the next couple of weeks then?

It's different than with bean - this time I have teeny weeny clothes in my house already - calling me! (Instead if just having bought a couple of bits at this stage, then holding off on more shopping until nearer the time!) x

I sorted all the clothes and washed them and put them into a suitcase at about 15 weeks! I didn't have anything from Jake and Aron apart from blankets and the outfit Jake was christened in as I got rid of it all years ago as I never expected to have another baby!!

But now I need to rewash it all and get it into the drawers I have sorted out! Which I plan to do in the next couple of weeks as hopefully I will know what will be happening with bubs by then!

I'm going to start at 33 weeks when I go on mat leave, but I'm not buying any more clothing (if it is a girl I'm sure we'll get pink clothing for Christmas). My shopping list consists of Moses basket mattress and maternity pads!

We bought some newborn Pampers when they were on offer a couple of weeks ago, so I can pack the hospital bag for baby.

We're currently limited on space due to building work though, I think if I could sort baby's room out now then I probably would, but I'm going to have to box up some of my clothing in order to unpack the baby stuff into our room. (Plus the box with the 0-6 month clothing in is currently performing the useful function of stopping Seb from getting at the phone point in the dining room!)

As soon as we know what we're having, the trouble is we didn't keep anything of Libby's stuff when she was a baby so it's a case of buying from scratch again Rolling Eyes

When we found out we were having Libby we went absolutely crazy and bought far far too much stuff (and she couldn't wear anything but sleepsuits for 13 weeks as she was in a harness Sad ), I think I washed and sorted it all out when I was about 30 weeks ish.

We've learnt out lesson and we're only going to buy sleepsuits and a couple of outfits (well thats the plan anyway!!!) xx
