well i had my meeting with work today!!

they said they are really sorry about whats happenen and they have sought legal advice on what they need to do if i cant work the hours im needed and and they cant offer me what i need then they can give me 4 weeks notice to leave!!

they have said they are trying there hardest to help me and this week all the managers are having ameeting to try and work something out... but again it may mean moving other staffs hours to accomadate me... which is alot to ask for ..so next friday i will either be told i have a job still all be it in 3 differnt places to keep my hours.. or i will have 4 weeks to find a new job

ohh, well at least they are trying, can't really ask much more of them, lets hope they can work something out!

they are trying.. i understand its not something they want to do but are being forced byt he type of job we do.. they are bending over backwards to help !

if they cant do anything i'd ask for an excellent reference hun

she said today i didnt even need to ask for one the manager her self will hand write it ..IF it comes to it.. but im already ready for the big no they cant help..as what theyare trying to do just for me will change alot of people shifts..

it does mario..t he fact that they mention they have sought legal advice already doesnt look good.. i made them aware that i sought advice from cab.. and they understood also.. they have to legally give me 4 weeks thats it

its a horrid situation and at the wordt time of year .. but im not the only person it happens to xxx fortunatly the type of job i do ..ther eis always a need for staff so i should pick one up quickly ( i hope )
