NOTHING HAS GONE RIGHT....

i not long started talking to an old sch firend again she been so good to me so i invited her to the evening do of my wedding and i said i would get an invite to her... well with everything has happened i have not had chance as been so busy. i have been trying to get hold of her but nithing on fb seems see ignoring me... well this evening i texted her and she reply saying she feels let down and i have had weeks and weeks and also she feels a last though which she is not.
i am upset about it i dont know if i should be or what?

please come and do i have tried telling her hwats been going on etc but she wont have any of it i feel gulity and horrible etc ITS SHIT!!

Is this friend married? Does she not realise how stressful it all is, never mind being a mummy, dealing with family, sorting stuff out and all your general health and all she's bothered about is an invitation

I'd tell her polity, that she is more than welcome to the wedding..but don't be expecting any apologies for not inviting you sooner as you've had more pressing things to be dealing with. You have done nothing wrong and you SHOULDN'T be feeling bad.

i have told her that the invite is there i have sent her the address by email and the offer is open she is preg so i am hoping its preg hornmones as we all know what they are like.
no she not married. hope it will be a better day tomoz and stress free!!! x

Hope things pick up today. It is all about you and your OH - nothing else matters - although you may feel like you can't concentrate on that until all the details are 'sorted'!

Much easier said than done but, if possible, delegate jobs, bugger those who are causing stress - anyone/thing being awkward isn't worth bothering with (why would anyone think it's ok to give a bride aggro?!)
