we got a different flavour cereal for captain elijah and as its a heinz one it says contains milk, just add water......but could i use ebm instead??? i just prefer to im not sure why, maybe its so my little boy still needs me! hahaha

yup you can use ebm for any recipe where it asks for milk

^ it says just water, but surely ebm isn't going to do anything funny with the milk powder in it?

When Robert was tiny i got him a cereal that said to mix with water but i didnt read it properly and did it with milk and it was fine, once i realised it said mix with water i thought i may as well carry on doing it with milk as he seemed to like it and didnt seem to be doing him any harm

oh yeh, still fine with milk of any kind, the ones I used back then I am sure they said water but I used to add formula

mine say to add water and Ive always used milk... but I think its because the oens that say add water are the ones that already contain formul (or some kidn of milk powder) so it would be like using milk to make up formula bottles.
