I have managed to have a filling at the dentist

I have a paralizing fear in case anyone doesnt know, panic attacks the lot i havent been for 11 years and i havent had any sort of treatment since i was 16

Thats the good news. The bad news is she had a look at Sams teeth and the front two are definitely wobbly and have gone up into the gum more than i thought! He cant have anything hard to eat for about 2 months!!! He aint gonna like that!!

i was a dental nurse for 3 1/2 yrs and saw alot of people who had to even take valium to have an exam!!

poor poppet im sure his teeth will be fine with time!

Well done, how was it? I used to have a fear like you of the dentist, then I had to have a root canal, and it was horrendous but kind of cured me of my fear as I figured I survived that and nothing could be as bad, I now go every 6 months even though I don't particularly like it so that it never gets to that stage again.

what does that mean, the teeth have gone up into the gum?? can they do that. stupid question i know, reason i ask is cause garrys teeth seem to keep gettin smaller at the front

Sam had a boo-boo yesterday and his front teeth were hit hard, they became mobile and pushed up further up into the gum. If he sticks to his soft food diet, they should reset themselves. If Garry's teeth seem to be getting smaller, I would think two things, 1- He is grinding his teeth and filing them down, or 2 - his gum tissue is growing downwards covering more of the tooth surface. Easy to check tho.

Yeh Laura he fell with his dummy in and knocked his front teeth really hard causing them to go up into his gum and wobble.

They also told me no dummy but dont know how i will manage that! He loves his dummy

i was supposed to have my wisdom tooth pulled out befor i got pg with oliver...never went back i am so scared. it keeps getting infected though as its so crammed...jen was supposed to come over with her tool box to pull it for me...hmmmmm what ever happend to that idea lol x
