I know this is common in pregnancy but i've hardly eaten in the last 5 days and i don't want this to continue.

At the moment i can only eat what i want at that moment i'm hungry.

I'm hungry now but everything in the house i've looked at and i feel like i want to be sick.

does this last long? anyone know a way around it?

I'm living on cheese and crackers atm!

With Ollie I just had to eat what I felt like the whole pregnancy because I was so sick!

I had to get a little stash of plain things like crackers and FORCE myself to eat it. Once I HAD eaten it I felt better so if you haev something plain that you think you can stomach then eat that and you'll probably feel beter afterwards

I rarely ate at the start... I never felt hungry and only ate because I knew I had to.

I had no appetite whatsoever.

It lasted a few weeks, but soon picked back up hun xx

Bleugh Kelly I sympathise. I lived off a couple of handfuls of dry cereal most days. If you have a feeling you could eat something you just have to act on it straight away! Hope it eases a bit for you xxx
