elijah has gone into his cot for a nap and has been asleep for just over an hour! he has never managed that long unless someone was holding him...its amazing i have managed to get SO much done (although i keep checking him every 10 minutes haha and our elephant neighbours upstairs are jumping about)...

but it's so lovely to just be able to catch up, eat something, sort the washing out and i feel quite refreshed to have a cheerful evening together rather than a worn out still trying to do housework mummy evening!

I remember how lovely it was to put Aimee in her cot for her day naps.

This baby is napping in the crib in our room from the start x

we went from on me...to moses basket...back to me...to crib...to daddy....to couch....to floor haha...back to me and daddy and now cot! heres to a happy future with the cot!

lol lets hope the next cot sleep isn't so complicated beforehand!

Callum didnt start napping in his cot till 6months but soon as he was in there it was bliss xx

I bet its suprising how much you can get done in a short space of time when you get them down in the cot. xx

Aw I remember Libby was about the same age when she started having routine naps in her cot, it really is great - almost a sense of freedom to be able to do something xx

i remeber paige slept for three hours!! (shes never done it since ) n i didnt know what to do with my self after i had every thing done! x

alfie sleeps on the sofa downstairs during the day but think im gonna start putting him in his cot soon as i cant get anything done incase i wake him up (altho i do use it as an xcuse to come on here\!!)
