well it started okish - alfie woke up and hadnt pooed during night and he seemed like he was over the moon. he had two naps this morning and woke up in a good mood. then as it got to dinner time he started pooing more and more and his little bum is now red raw and cracking nad hes been screaming in pain all day and then im crying cos i cant do anything to help him! poor little bugger.

then i find out that a friend from work who had leukemia died yesterday. he was only 40 and such a nice man - really friendly, always laughing and had a twinkle in his eye. he only got diagnosed in august and was waiting on some sorta transplant but he didnt make it in time

then i go out to the shop and get stuck in the snow and have to gt pushed by two men.

now i just wanna curl up with some choc and wallow in self pity - but im on a stoopid diet.

Oh no, what a horrid day. RIP to your friend and I hope Alfie pops is ok. Have you got any Metanium for his botty? I got some and it was wonderful and stoped the stinging too x
