| i par-boiled some carrot and cut it into sticks and made a bit of toast for elijah for the first time ever...and he is ramming it into his mouth.....i have left hubby to it so i stop hovering around looking anxious haha |

| C used to be fine too. Its not she scares the life out of us eatig things like polystyrene when we ait looking. Im sure he will love it mate |

| we tried caleb with some mash and gravy tonight and he choked on it! that was after last weeks episode of also choking on the lumpy jars! maybe he just isnt ready yet  x |

| hahaha well he has had the best 30 minutes of his life so far...and we have 2 1/2 very slimy carrot sticks and a pile of what looks like it was once bread  and a happy baby covered in crumbs, now nomming some banana porridge |

| alfie still doesnt like eating finger food. he wont put food in his mouth for some reason! everything else goes straight in there - i think he might just be lazy and like mammy to feed him it instead!

| eli spends the whole mealtime fighting us for the spoon, bowl, grabbing handfuls of food - each mouthful he grabs the spoon and feeds himself so im starting to think finger foods and things might suit him better! i rarely see him so excited and giggly and happy as when we gave him his own food last night!  |
