I feel like a right twit writing this, but here goes.

My OH is off on his xmas night out tomorrow night and I feel really insecure.

I have absolutely no reason to feel like this. He adores all three of us and would do anything for us. I totally trust him not to hurt me or cheat. He has even offered to not go if I dont want him to (I would never, ever ask him not to go).

It is also his first day back at work after paternity leave tomorrow, so its going to be one hell of a long day for me.

Im not normally like this, so I am putting it down to hormones after having Lily and also the tub of lard that has nicely settled around my tummy, making me feel like a pile of poop.

I am also worried that if I dont go back to work after my maternity leave, that he wont respect me as an 'equal' anymore and will lose respect for me.

I have got my works xmas party next week and I was doubting whether to go (I cant stand half of them at work and really cant be bothered), but now I think I should go, so that I can get out of the house and still make sure I am 'my own person', iykwim.

Sorry for the whine, but I just feel really fed up.

Tomorrow will be a bit scary for you anyway with it being your first day alone as a mummy of 2 but I'll be here in cyber land for you anytime you need me - just PM/chat/skype/text me! (I'm not going away tomorrow now either so I will keep you company tomorrow night too!)

Defo get yourself to the work meal too hun, if for no other reason than to sit yourself between Ian and Kelly and drop huge hints and get the mistletoe out and stand back for the fireworks!!!
