My friend has just found out she is around 5/6 weeks pregnant. I am really really pleased for her as she has wanted another baby( this will be her 3rd) every since my Robert was born but part of me cant help feel jealous! I want another baby but we agreed to wait until Robert was around 2 until we started trying again.
Does anyone else get like this? Or am i just horrible!

yeah, I do get a bit jealous too somtimes. Got particularly jealous of my mate due in March.

Are you definiately set on 2 before starting? Maybe you could use your powers of persuasion on OH and start trying earlier?

We still want another and we are kind of trying without trying, if you see what i mean, leaving nature to decide. (come on nature!)

Well we have the odd time when we dont use anything! I think its best for us to wait until Rob is 2 but i'm just too impatient!!!

You're not horrible at all hun, it's only natural if you are planning another to feel that way.

I however never feel that way - not broody at all! I planned two, was lucky enough to have two and I'm done . Only time I ever feel jealous is when people tell me their OH has had a vasectomy

Lol im never jealous of pregnant ppl cos it means they are pregnant and therefore have my sympathy. But i can understand how you feel like that as you are planning again whereas i wasnt between c and this one and wont be again after only this time neils getting his nadgers nipped to make sure.

What is it in particular thats made you decide to wait?

i get really jealous but god knows why i hated being pregnant and couldnt manage with another yet! but then i also feel jealous when i see young skinny girls so maybe its just my nature

thats exactly how i feel now. i havent done the deed in about a month cos i REALLY do not want another and i havent got around to sorting out contraception yet.

Avoiding it is easier hahahaha

We decided to wait until Rob is around 2 as i just feel this will be a god age gap and i'm not sure i could cope with another baby just yet and i wanted Rob to understand sort of what was going on.

the closer together the better in my opinion. theres 18 and 22 months between mine and if i could turn the clocks back and do it all over again id have them closer! as soon as 1 popped out id have another in x

I still get a little jealous and get very broody!!!!!
