Im a bit annoyed at my sil, she only ever talks to me on FB or if the inlaws are coming to visit (she likes to play happy families) we never see her, my hubbys bro or 2 nieces even though they live 30mins down road, goes a long way back she doenst like me ive tried a 100 times and just had it thrown back in my face.
Well tonight on FB she has commented on my status about Joseph being a fat pig munching and someone had asked me what I had done to get him more settled so i said about putting the rice in the bottles and my sil replied with this ' Did your health visitor recommend that Steph? I'm sure I remember hearing that giving them anything other than milk so young can be bad for them?... x ' its annoyed me really as only last week she was moaning on FB that she was upset as someone had questioned her parenting. I feel like she is now doing this to me, if she feels like that why not txt or even ring me not put a 'put down' in my eyes on FB?
She constantly undermines me on FB (shes always commenting on my status') and im like if you are so interested in my life why not make the effort to see me in real life or be nicer when I make the effort!!! I would delete her but she added like 4 of my friends who she has met once so that leaves me in a difficult position.
This prob makes no sense but im fed up with her telling me how to bring my children up, she bought us for Joseph being born a set of flash cards called '50 things to do with your baby' (hmm like i dont know! and i know shes bought it as a dig its not just me being oversenstive ) I really want to put a witty remark back to her on there but then feel like im being a biatch if i do.

Aw she sounds like a bit of a biatch. I'd say just ignore her, but I know that's really hard. Normally when people are like that it's because they are insecure about their own skills. You know you're doing the right thing for your child.xx

I saw it too and TBH hun, your not the first person to ever put baby rice in a bottle and you certainly wont be the last. Little man is your baby and you will only do what you feel is best for him, your a fab mummy and well your SIL can just keep her opinions to herself xx

Thanks every1 i know not every1 will agree with what im doing,and iunderstand that. Its just she made such a palarvar (sp) about some1 critisising her parenting skills and i feel shes gone and done it 2 me! Thanks 4 comments they def help and like you say lisa her sis commemt about digestive sys is just a dig,which is even more obv theyve had a good biych about it! Lol even my 2 sis who i havent spoken 2 yest have picjed up on the bitchyness! Mario yeah we friends im the 1 whos been moaning about joseph not stopping screaming (steph)
To top it alloff H has decided she doesnt need sleep anymore so now battling that 2 lol, hope just a phase as ineeeeed sleep! Hopefully ill be able to catch up with you lovely ladies soon, ineed some normality in my life! Hee hee xx

But coeliac disease is thought to be caused by gluten introduced before 6 months - hence the gluten intolerance...first baby rice is gluten free so kinda blows that argument out the window

lol Lisa thats so true and i thought that too, I act checked the rice and it says gluten free (she made me start to doubt myself for like 30 secs)
