Well I think I mentioned that me and Matt have decided to move to Bedfordshire, he's currently working/staying there mon-fri and also I had that call from the man wanting to look at my flat. Well I got my aunty to come round so he could come to look (he came with his entire family ) and they liked our flat and want to swap with their 3bed house in Flitwick, which seems great. It's about 10/15mins from where Matt is working, looks like a decent enough area - if you know it let me know! It's got one more room than ours and has it's own garden and literally next door is a little childrens park and playing fields. I haven't seen the house but Matt went today and said it's prefect for us and told the man yes we'd swap so going to get the paperwork sorted soon. Apparently it takes about 4-6wks. Just hope it all works out and it's as good as it seems. I'm excited but really scared as it's about 1hr 30mins/2hrs away from all my family but think this is the best thing for me, Matt and Immi.

Yeah I didn't think we'd find anyone to swap with let alone flat for house. Our flat is nice and big though so apart from the box room and garden they haven't lost any space. xx
