| I placed an order with a cake supply company on 22nd December as their website said they were dispatching stuff on 23rd and 29th December and I needed my stuff today at the latest, well they rang me on the 23rd to say I'd missed the courier on 23rd (not really sure why!) and that they were going to disptach it by next day courier on 29th (yesterday) well I've waited in all day today and it's not arrived, I've just checked the website and they've put a disclaimer up (it wasn't there when I ordered) saying that orders collected by their courier on 29th wouldn't be delivered until the 5th January!!!
I have a 50th birthday cake and an 18th to be delivered tomorrow afternoon and I have no cake boards, no boxes, no ribbons, no icing. I'm so pissed off. the shop isn't there until Tuesday now, and all the sugarcraft shops round here are shut. What am I going to do!!!!!!!!!!! |

| I was going to say hobbycraft will have what you need I think. How bloody annoying though, you should demand your money back even if they do eventually deliver what you ordered. |

| Bloody hell Mandy!!!! If you ever get stuck like that again PM me as I have an excellent local cake shop (they even let me in to shop when they weren't even open!!!) And I generally have a ton of stuff in waiting to be used. I could always courier anything you needed desperately in the future. I wasn't able to log into banda last night so missed this xxx |
