| My friend has an 8 week old boy who is thowing up after every feed and spending most evenings screaming! And she is obviously worried about him! He is in pain crying! Bless him and I wondered if you lovely ladies had any ideas! I have suggested reflux and colic! Have no other ideas though!
He is also very noisy when feeding it sounds like he is bunged up!

Has she asked her GP/HV? |

| btw reflux does give them a bunged up type of breathing i had to feed lacey in stadges i had to feed her a 1oz then wind then more then wide again that way the air bubbles that mount up in baby tum dont get to big and they dont bring it up so fast also try infacol it breaks down wind particales |

| She's seeing the docs on Monday! Will definatly make sure she mentions reflux! I am going with her! He has been on cow and gate and I had some cartons of hipp organic which he has had one of with infacol and he seems more settled now and Emily said he hasn't been as sick as usual!
Thank you ladies Xxx |

| I hope she gets decent GP!
Maybe get her to note down exactly what & when she feeds her and what happens each time, plus make notes of the amount of sleep she gets (I assume she doesn't sleep well if she is so poorly) That way when you get there she wont forget things and the GP gets the whole picture...I always do!
Also dont leave empty handed, as in with no prescription to try or no further appointment with a specialist - I have heard of so many people being fobbed off for months and its so bad. |
