Rice, pasta, cous cous, Pui lentils? Amelia's not keen on potato either, especially mashed or baked.

Chloe likes pasta, especially spaghetti, she thinks it's funny to suck it up cous cous, rice, I don't always give a carb with a meal, sometimes I'll just do her a couple of different types of veg with it.

My LO is the same Carla, he's never eaten potoato (in any form) and then went totally off pasta at about 1yr old. So its really hard to get carbs into him. I offer a slice of bread, a tortilla wrap or crusty loaf slice with meals or as the others have said things like rice or cous cous..he loves lemon and coriander cous cous I have been trying to introduce pasta into his diet abit and will eat spaghetti pasta cut up with bolognaise (thats the only 'proppa' pasta he'll eat) but he will eat the small tinned wholewheat pasta shapes in a sauce.
