had to remove ava's cot mobile, projector and bumper tonight. shes been standing up and swinging off the mobile, banging the projector against the cot and untying the bumper strings.

why do they have to grow up so quick

awww, moments like that are sweet and sour, sweet because its nice to think what the next phrase/stage will bring, but sour because your little munchkin is growing up.

awwww. i think ill have to remove alfies mobile soon cos he just yanks on it all the time. - hes never really used it much anyway. iom dreading having to remove his bumpers cos hes always wackin his head off the bars! x

i haven't even got Arwyn in her cot yet and i have the most beautiful bedding for her!! i'm not going to get much use out of the bumper

awww its horrible ,,,, danielle is gutted just now , she has a winnie the pooh light show and it died , i changed the batteries and its still dead
she was good with that but bumper and mobile went months ago .,,, sometimes i leave a wee toy at bottom of her cot incase she wakens early , she amuses herself

awww we took elijah's bumper down a while ago as he was trying to pull it off and it didn't sit right now he is on the middle setting, he can't get to his mobile anymore though now that he is lower mwahaha

it is a bit sad, but quite exciting still

ellie loves her projector and mobile, she'never had bumpers I thought they were not allowed!!! I've only just started to let her have mrs bunny in the cot as I always worried she'd suffocate on bunny!

Well if I have my way I'll keep her in her cot (with mobile and projector) til she's 12!

Callum actually still has his mobile up he has the music on when he goes to bed but we lost the bit that goes on it to just make the music/lights so weve had to leave it on but he just presses the buttons he doesnt actually touch the mobile bit sometimes pulls of the hanging animals which go bk on x
as for the bumper we took it took off ages ago but ive actually put it bk on going down one side of the cot he keeps getting his legs and arms stuck in the bars which kept waking him x

i was so careful with braden he never had bumpers/toys or anything in his cot but dita barely fits in her cot with all her teddies lol.
nah just joking but she does have about 6 teddies in there!

eli has sleepy doggy and a couple of little cushions cos the cot looked so bare...i also hang a cellular blanket over one side to make it cosier but you are right about light shows - it has never soothed elijah to sleep he just spends the whole time trying to smash it off the side of the cot, hmm soothing!
