I had a sneaky bit of choccy this morning and have had terrible cramps cos of my IBS and now AF has come and I have period pain to top it off

get yourself some Buscopan hun, it works for me for my IBS and my period pain, it's the only one I've found that actually helps (obviously if you've got prescription tablets talk to your GP first) x
