Do you think this is a top you wear under a top as its going a secret slimming pannel in it or do you think its a top you can just wear on top of a bra?

Not quite Debs lol (but in a tiny v neck vest top they might fall out of the top ). I'm just really paranoid thinking peeps can see my nips. I've (not intentionally) see it on tv and around town and think it looks really trashy xxx
