| my niece has chicken pox my question is we have been mixing with her now can we be carriers for this i only ask because we are seeing my inlaw family where they have one gracies age, twins at 10months and one of 4 weeks can we carry the virus to them im a bit worried now |

| have you had chickenpox already? if yes then it's unlikely but you could get shingles and then pass that on as chickenpox... but i dont know how likely that is... |

| Im pretty sure you cant carry it unless you have it in your system - and its the days before the spots appear that are when its contagious..so if you know you have had the pox and wont catch them then you wont spread them |
