I hate the person I am at the moment. I am so down all the time and am feeling so paranoid and jealous. I look in the mirror and hate what I see.

I am being given the cold shoulder my one of my best mates too and don't know what I have done to deserve this. I feel like getting on the plane to the US and not coming back

Have you got any plans today? Could you perhaps go out and treat yourself to something which will make you feel good?

I always find buying make up makes me feel happy (although I rarely wear it, lol!).

Make a list of all the things that make you feel happy

here's a few of mine to get you started:
a beautiful sunset
getting into a freshly made bed
a glass of wine after a long day
a big smile or giggle from Wil


Another thing I do when I am having a bad day is have a good clear out. Pick a cupboard or room that needs a clear out and attack it.

are they def giving you cold shoulder hon or could it be your perception cos you are having a bad week.

i hope you can pull around soon, as Gill said look at the positives and what makes you feel better, ttc is a really difficult time but as ive said before relax and enjoy your life now, we put money away every month when we were ttc and decided that if i didnt get pg we would go on a longhaul holiday instead, that way we had something to look forward to whatever the outcome . big hugs xx

i know it's hard but if you're being blanked for no apparent reason...then she's obviously not a good friend!!!

try to be positive...trust me, if you don't stay positive you'll get dragged so low it'll be so so hard to pick yourself up again!!

you're a strong amazing woman...remember that and draw on that strength to help you through
