well ladies,

because i'm a big lady, before pg i was a size 22, i've been watching what i eat and just trying to do some exercise, which the spd as not helped at all.

well because my bmi is high, i have had regualr appoointments with a dietician, who weighed me at 10 weeks and just weighed me today and i've put 7lbs on, i'm so pleased because thats mostly baby and water.

i know i got 10 weeks togo and this is probably where you put the most weight on, but to me its excellent especially when i've not been able to do the walking i've wanted to do.

just wanted to share my happiness.

I reckon you'll be smaller after you've had the baby than you were pre pregnancy! How good would that be!! x

thats really good welldone you xxxx and kells right you may be smaller after baby is born i had a stone left to lose after i had Caleb then fell pg with Ava and now im almost back to the weight i was before i had Caleb 9st i was 14.6st after i had him and i just couldnt shift it

i had not thought about me being smaller after, but that would be a lovely bonus,

Thats so fantastic clare. well done you. Im also not a skinny mini im a 20 and so far ive gained 6lb and thats been in last 2 weeks with leg swelling up to my thighs so i suspect its not honest. Go us

Aw thats brill hun, I dread to think how much I'll weigh after this little man is born but I know it wont be anywhere near what I was before (far too much food ) xx
