First topic message reminder :

soooooo following on from debs' post and a few comments in the banda night out post it got me thinking.

what are your opinions on letting your little one stay the night at someone elses house? or having babysitters in general? what was the youngest you felt alright about having your little one go out with someone else or stay the night???

personally, i know i'm not ready to let elijah stay out, only oh, my mum and my dad have had him and that's been for literally 3 hours at a time then i start to feel sick and want him home Embarassed although i do believe that it is really good for children to know and trust different people...am i being selfish?

or does it just depend on the mummy? do you even feel pressured to let people babysit? (i know i do!) or do you wish people would offer more?

opinions please Very Happy

Laughing of course, I leave the cat in charge Laughing (OH is also around but I think Wil is more sensible)

Wil doesn't do dishes, he is too short to reach the sink. Laughing He does do the vacuuming and tidying up though.

I have not let noah stay over at anyones house yet, his stayed with the ILs and my mom for a couple of hours twice and that was only a month ago.

To be honest i found it harder to part with him due to BF, because it was on demand too i never really had a routine for anyone to follow.

He has become really clingy the past two weeks, if i am there he will cry after about 1 minute of being with someone (apart from OH). But his fine with others if i am not there. I do hope its a phase as i am always out spending time wiith family getting him use to them.

I go back to work nxt month so i have no choice in letting the parents have him. I work shift work and about twice a month he needs looking after till 10:30 on the night. so thats near enough staying over

His such a mommies boy at the moment lol god love him. lol
