I thought i did and still do my pelvic floor muscle exercises ..... Obviouslynot!

I have a bad cough at the mo, and everytime i cough i leak a bit! Im only 33?!!!

i live in fear of this! i would keep going with the exercises, just when you are watching tv and stuff and hopefully you can sort those muscles out

I'm only 27 and I'm exactly the same! I was on the treadmill at the gym the other day, had that awful feeling so had to quickly jump off run to the loo and come back.
Oh and playing on the trampoline with the boys is a definate no no lol

Just wait til you have another one then!! The amount of times I've sneezed/coughed and dribbled since being pregnant is ridiculous xx

i highly recommend you try your hardest to remember to do them

i used to love going on the trampoline ,,, now if they want me on i have to wear a pad and not go on for long lol

I'm the same and I'm only 21 When I was having morning sickness I used to have to make the choice between peeing myself or sicking up everywhere, I blame having to so close together

I'm so going to start doing them. I have to say I've been lucky and they're not weakened but better safe than sorry! x
