your payments continue as normal until you resend your renewal pack, they then recalculate any changes and inform you by letter. It is better if you inform them sooner rather than later to avoid them overpaying you otherwise this years payments get reduced so they get any over payment back if that makes sense

ugh! well, they know they have underpaid us this year so hopefully we should be ok - can't afford a gap in payments!! last time anything changed they sent money/changed payments and we got a letter 'explaining' it 3 weeks later. no use cos the money was gone

i had same last year hun they informed me by letter on the day payment was supposed to go in that my payments were being suspended for 5 months because of overpayment in previous year to say i was annoyed is an understatement! Not waiting for renewal pack this year gonna phone them as soon as i receive this months wage slip and inform them of our gross pay for this year straight away and hopefully avoid any nasty surprises

eeek im worried now, our income this year will be even lower than last year (last year was about 7000 between us) - maybe i will give them a ring! we really cant afford to miss anything.

well whats happened with mine is i got an extra payment then i had a letter saying mine had been lowered by about 40 a week and then from the 12th its increased by 50 so more than it was before. in regards new babies/under 1's i rang up the other day to enquire due to chloe being born soon, and been told baby rate is being cut so it drops to between 30-40 a week from 65 ish if its just normal circumstances so around half. not sure if james will be altered again or not, as he's on a disabled rate.
