It was the Gilmore Girls for me, and I hate that show, but there was nothing else on!! Are you enjoying the time to yourself before little Bou comes along or are you just bored now?? xx

Ummm I keep going through bored days and busy days lol! Today im bored, Matts at work and is on a First Response shift tonight so won't be in until about 12am. Whereas yesterday I didn't seem to have 2 minutes to myself, got all the housework done and then we went out last night to a Beer Call (RAF thing and in our case Cola and Sprite Call lol) xx

I remember those days. I was longing to start maternity and a week in, after i'd washed and ironed all bubba's clothes..packed and re packed and re packed again my hospital bag.. I was soooooo bored. It was winter at the time so its not like I could go for a leisurely walk Rolling Eyes

All I can say is make the most of it now cos you won't have moments of boredness for a long time Laughing

Thank god for online forums eh?

Ps - '60min makeover' is the bee's knees Razz

well i left work on wednesday, yesterday was trip to the hospital, a tiny bit of shopping and playing sims medieval until time to get rich and my dad, before off to see peter kay.

today i've had to stay in for parcels, dont like being forced to stay in but i've played medieval sims again, and i'm just thinking about nap time.
russ is picking up rich from his last day at kids club, so kfc for tea as a treat.

but yeah i'm going to be bored soon, although i got rich for 2 weeks of easter holidays, so wont have time to be bored.
but cant walk far, so he is in a youth club 4 days and then russ if off 2nd week, so will take him out.

as for tv, i had enough of it when i was off ill and couldnt move

Laughing it's better than Jeremy Kyle.

My suggestions for filling the time before you pop:

  • read some books (because you won't get chance again for a good while and will be too tired when you go to bed to do it)
  • sort out stuff in your house you never had time to before and never will again
  • sort out birthday cards for anyone you need to send a card to for the next 6 months
  • as above but for presents
  • make loads of food and fill your freezer so you have plenty to eat in the first few weeks when you haven't quite worked out how you are supposed to do normal everyday tasks with a small person in your arms (you will work out how to do this fairly quickly but it needs practice)
Make the most of it hun you are unlikely to ever get time like this again (at least until you retire anyway Wink )
