so iv been trying to contact them for weeks now, and they are just impossible to get through to...

i tried this number which someone had posted on another forum and got straight through but the man told me off and said it is only for overseas people and stuff and that he could terminate the call but he will help this time. I dont wanna publish the number on here but if anyone needs it... pm me.

I used that one aswell this week, cos I just couldn't get through on the uk number, got through strait away. They didn't tell me off either think the whole call lasted 5 mins, much better than 50+ 1.5 min calls that get cut off as soon as youve gone through the options

i just go down the customer service centre thats in our town and use their phones, that way, if they wanna keep me waiting for so long, they can do it on their phone bill lol x

my husband discovered that just hammering the number 1 button over and over and over again gets you through fairly quickly
