| Sorry I havent been on much recently, been so hectic Dexter hasn't fed properly all afternoon, he wants to feed but as soon as he starts he pulls off and starts screaming, I've tried gripe water and gaviscon but neither are making any difference. I've got him asleep on me right now and every time I move he starts crying He has had his first injections this afternoon but that wasnt til 3:20 and this was going on before that, so I dont think it was that originally but could be contributing now. Would you give him Calpol and see if that helps?? What would you ladies do? Thank you xxx |

| I'd give him some calpol and see if it helps. Could he be teething early because that's what Jamie was like when his tooth came through |

| Give him the calpol suse and if you have it a sachet of teething powder. Could be teeth or could be a sore tummy and either way i swear by the teeting powder |

| Defo give him some calpol. Isla used to get like this a lot, and it would help if i lay her on her front on a cushion across my knee (helped her trumps come out!). Hope he settles soon and lets you have some rest x x x |

| Thanks so much ladies. Well I gave him some Calpol and about half hour later he finally had a good feed. I just put him down so fingers crossed he'll have a good nights sleep tonight and feel better in the morning. It just wasnt like him to not feed properly all afternoon, he's usually every hour so was starting to get a bit worried. xx |

| Glad he settled in the end.
Imogen had this around 4months and it was cause she was teething. I was never able to get back into breast feeding properly cause she got 4teeth so on/off screaming went on for 2wks+ and we ended up having to get a bottle cause she just flat our refused to bf once her teeth had properly come through. |
