ive just came from my first every boot camp and omg i am in agony!! i dunno how i drove home but i did. i had to bum shuffle down the stairs and gav had to help me in and out of the bath!!

if i lose a stone before holiday tho itll be well worth it! x

ouch, sounds painful Silly question but whats bootcamp and what did they have you doing? Whats the saying "no pain no gain"? Hope you get your target x

haha I went to a body pump class once and I couldn't move, it was agony but you feel so good cos the more pain the more your muscles are working lol.

rach its like a military style drills but not as shouty!!! basically its 30secs on and 30 secs off. theres no cardio involved only resistance training. so planks, squats, lunges, burpees,press ups etc x

I've been trying to find a bootcamp around here that is more than once a week and doesn't cost a fortune! I'm desperate to loose a few inches before my holiday!

kell this week is a free week but ive paid for a full month in august which is £80. Expensive but for wat i pay for gym, plus extra classes like zumba or swimming and to get weighed at slimming world its not much more. and its 3 times a week so worth the pennies.
