| I am posting this in case any one can help or offer any advice. I have had a problem with my knee for a while, it's the back of my knee and it aches sometimes ESP when I bend it or have been sat for a while with it bent. It comes and goes and I have been putting it down to my age but do you think I should go docs or do you think they will fob me off. I can't rem injuring it and it's not something that's just happened it been aching on and off for ages maybe a year or so. Any ideas what it could be x |

| I know exactly how you feel. My is at the front of my knees though. It started in one when I drove to my sisters a few months ago, it was a 3 hour drive. It felt all stiff but when I got out of the car it was fine again. since then both knees get stiff when I sit down. When I sit down on the toilet it hurts them too. When i'm moving around they aren't to bad. I wondered whether to try some vitamins. |
