| haha that's exactly it! it's great medically... the pregnancy care is fantastic and the after medical care for mum and baby is great too it's just mroe the emotional side of things that is lacking!
Shell it depends how they induce you I think - they did it because I was already quite dilated and everything was goign the way it was meant to go they put me on the drip which Im not sure if they do all that often in the UK do they? They like to make you go naturally in the UK whereas here they just want the baby out! |

| They dont like using the drip because it causes stronger contraction which slightly increases the chances of a placental abruption. The consultant explained it to me which was why I was having a c section with amelia because ther was no other way to get her out because I was already high risk. |

That makes no sense to me, cause if you were already dilating and things were going the way they were meant to why intervene? I probs just think that cause of the way things were explained to me in the UK, like you said they prefer things to go naturally. |
