Maky is driving me nuts..and I mean crazy. Three times today(it's not even noon yet) I had to put her in a time out as she's throwing things..hitting..and sounds like she is telling me to "shut up" in her own way. This child is so defiant and head strong, that I am almost at my wits end! She purposely is trying to get my goat! She is now attacking the couch by hitting it and beating it. She is also hitting herself and has banged her own head on the floor. I honestly don't know what to do! My first two did go through a phase..but nowhere near like this! HELP!

ohhhh erm I can't really help... I wouldn't have a clue what to do either!

i don't know what to do myself with benji he's only 14 months and already is defiant, doesn't listen and is generally bad tempered and a tad crazy when he doesn't get his own way (don't know how he has turned out like this as i've never spoiled him or let him have his own way...)
i feel your pain though lol xx

haha we just pick our battles atm, if it isn't dangerous or otherwise important that elijah stops something (rather than it just being messy/annoying) i just let him do it and get bored of it.......i wonder if thats being spoiled?! i hope not, he had a cry today because i VERY firmly had to tell him no as he pinched my arm.....i do draw the line!!!

can't really help chick...lewis started this about 9months ago and he's only 2 next month! lol

Sorted it a little bit..I bundled her up and took her outside to play, and she seemed to burn off some excess steam. She is now playing quietly coloring. I am thinking its time to send her to at least half day playgroups/daycare, just so I can get some stuff done around here. She seems to act up the most when I am busy painting..cleaning..or cooking dinner. x

hii im expericencing that at the moment with jamie and hes gonna be 2 in dec! it seems to mainly be when its only the two of us..he never really does it when OH is home which is rather annoyin cos makes me look like im moanin about nothin lol.. and also he does it everytime without fail when i do the ironin or cooking! drvies me bloody balmy!! xx
