I have just noticed that his nail on the middle finger of his right hand is lifting and coming away from the nail bed. Its really strange cos he hasn't banged it or if he did it at childminder she would've told me or written in his book. Its not bothering him he's not in pain I just think its weird and don't want it to get infected. Has anyone else's LO had it?? Don't know what to do about it?? I've googled and all I get is its the after affects of hand foot and mouth and Harry hasn't had that!?! x

Not sure about semo, my first though was that he'd bumped it or maybe got it trapped but if you're sure he hasnt Id be tempted to talk to the hv.

can't really help but some of eli's nails seem to grow away from his fingers/toes which makes them very sharp but im hoping he just grows out of it

Hayden had this with both big toe nails they just came off one day, one after the other he then banged his thumb and it went black and it actually grew out
