Right ladies, im finally here and back on the lappy.

There isnt really much to say about my birth story with Holly as it was a planned section, but here goes.

On Thursday 12th January we went to the hospital, checked in and did the pre ops, etc. We then got called to theatre at 11am. They tried four times to put the spinal in (barstewards) and my back ended up black and blue, but they finally got it.

Holly Olivia came into the world at 11.38am, weighing 7lb 5oz.

Overall the c section was ok. A few hours after the spinal wore off, they were transferring me from HDU to the ward, and the stupid nurse lowered the bed I was on so much that it collapsed... I have never felt pain like it and I squealed like a biatch!

Then on day 2 I had a shower and felt a bit funny. I ended up blacking out and luckily James was there to catch me before I hit the deck.

Holly had a bit of a funny leg from how she was laying and they think that she was stuck because of it, which is why she was breech and couldnt be moved.

She is being monitored at the moment and ended up back in hospital yesterday, because she has lost more birth weight than they would like (not helped by scales differing between midwives and the hospital), but all in all, she is a little diamond and such a good girl.

Sounds not too bad!!

I had a club foot as a baby, thats caused by being twisted funny in the womb - my mum had to bend it the correct way , made me cry and apparently wasnt nice to do it...but its fine now!

Sounds all quite ok, think I might have punched the mw who broke the bed tho!! Lol

Sounds like you had a pretty bad experience at hospital. I'm with kell, I'd have punched the mw

Its odd to think that she is identical to how Aimee looked, so will probably end up blonde like Aimee and Lily too x

Charlie was dark when he was born but has lovely blonde curly hair now! I love it!

They tried 7 times to get my epidural in for lucas, my back was black after, but stopped hurting a week or so later xx
