when calling them be it sky , your phone company, net provider or anything you pay for the luxury do you go through the right process ? if you would like to blah blah press 1 , if there is a problem with your service and you need to speak to an engineer press 2 ( and wait for 57 mins at 5p a minute ) if you would like to end your services with us press 3 , if you are moving home and need to tell us press 4
what option do you choose ? ,,, i always choose im gonna leave ya !!! get through almost immediatly and if person cannot help they usually put me straight through to someone who can , i always apologize and say i think i pressed the wrong option is this the line where i can ,,,,,,.......

I normally go for"other" as that normally gets you straight through to someone too lol
