Someone needs to kick me back onto my diet. I've managed to put on 7lb over the last two weeks and its only likely to get worse over Christmas

I'm on it till xmas week and I'm gonna let myself have a few treats. Just get xmas out of the way and have a new start in the new year. Remember how much you have actually lost and why you're doing it and just try not to have a total blow out over xmas x

I am finally back to my pre children weight and I refuse to put any weight back on now. Im being really careful with Christmas too.
I really do need to tone up though x

You're so good Laura. To be fair I'm thinner than I was pre Jamie. Its just that I was really fat then. Was determined to be good again but that lasted about 10 mins. Being up all night with Jamie isn't helping

Come on! Join me back on slimming world I want the recipe to speed soup.. Just think by next Monday you could be half way to shifting that 7lb. I wont be strict over Christmas but certainly not gonna binge. I have 8 days to get in them bloody trousers (Ive ordered myself a skirt just incase lol)

1 can mixed bean salad
1 can green lentils
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 can baked beans
Handful of split lentils
2 large leeks
1 large onion
4 large carrots
2 parsnips
Green, red or yellow pepper
2 beef stock cubes
Salt & pepper
Mixed herbs
Water (enough to cover all ingredients)

Chop all veg and put everything in pan, cover with water bring to boil and simmer until veg are soft.

Can be left chunky or blended.

Can be frozen

That's the recipe. I should get back on it next week but we have staff lunch and then a christmas do in the evening on Tues and we're celebrating Jamie's birthday Thurs, Fri and Sat so I suspect it won't happen. I do need to sort myself out though because I think I've put on another 4lb this week so far
