I paid £40 to a girl who was moderator on another forum - she has a business making bean bags on FB, so I bought one...anyway 2 months and it hadn't come , she kept promising it - then says she couldn't find the material I wanted - even though a month before she said she was just waiting for new beans!

She has said she will refund, but still another month and no refund!

I have her on FB and what is pissing me off is she can afford to buy new custom shoes etc and Christmas presents but not give me back the money that she has no right to - thing is I stupidly sent it by gift cos she said she didnt want fees, and she was running a proper business so thought she was decent!

Anyway have sent her one last message and if I get no reply I'm going to get really naggy, I know where she lives and her phone number and I wont be thinking twice about telling her what i think of her!

You are just right Lisa. That is so not on, you have every right to be pissed off if she has failed to deliver the goods and is spending the money she is obtaining on treating herself to new things.

I would definitely ring her if you don't hear back from her.

Give her 1 more week to refund your money! If she doesn't comply, you will take all info pertaining to the bean bag purchase and post negative feedback. Hopefully you held on to all messaging back and forth with her. xxx

I agree with both of the comments above. Let her know she has a week to refund or you'll take action.

I did yes Laura! Well she replied to say she'd been having problems with paypal and she will do via bank transfer, so I will have to go with that

Sounds like just another stalling tactic - why wouldn't she have said that when she realised she couldnt use paypal?!

Im quite glad I didnt buy one now. I thought they were really good and was waiting til I had some spare money to get one.

Hope you get your money back soon. I will be deleting her page from my fb too
