The girls are booked in for injections this afternoon, Jess is great..........but as usual Isla is getting ill (i think) again!!!

Every time her mmr is booked she either has a cold, a fever, diarrhoea, or last week it was her chest infection!!!

This morning she looks quite pale, and since yesterday has had 4 loose pungent nappies (not diarrhoea though), is proper clingy, and ive taken her temp (ear) and its 37.3 (is this classed as raised or not?). Shes eating and drinking ok.

Im getting panicky that we keep cancelling, what would you do today?

Am i just being a neurotic mother cos i feel like one!

I wouuullld... cancel. If it's not too much hassle for you getting to gp / nurse?
And make it for a couple of weeks time.

Have to say, the mmr was the only one that didn't disturb bean much - the others really unsettled him, so was prepared for the worst, then... nothing! But if Isla's under the weather it could affect how she takes to it?

*edit* should add - we had to cancel for illness twice too - I think having it later helped x

Ive just phone for advice from GP, and they say defer till next week.

I just feel a bit of a joke TBH, shes 21 months and has managed to be ill or feverish at every appt! They said its common in little ones, but I still feel a tad neurotic!
