Aww Sad

Is there anything more that can be done for sciatica? Can they up your painkillers?

You work in care too don't you? That probably doesn't help Sad

Have you thought of trying anything like acupuncture?

Wonder if physio could help at all? When I was diagnosed with it my doc gave me exercises to do, so physio may help. Thankfully I'm rarely bothered by it these days but you have my every sympathy, it's a killer.

Does your employer know about it? I'm sure health and safety law says something about making reasonable changes to avoid exacerbating health conditions. The disability discrimination act should protect you as well, even if you haven't had the condition for a long time, they still have to find ways of protecting you or amending your duties wherever possible.
